Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days - UNLESS SPECIFIED 

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website

Tracking your order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or damaged items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue

International orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost
